What we collect, and what we leave alone.
Perpetual is non-custodial and runs on public networks. We read your wallet address to show your holdings and activity, we keep whatever profile details you choose to submit, and we go no further. This page says exactly where the line sits.

What we collect
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we read its public address so we can show your holdings, listings, offers, and activity. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
- Profile details you submit. An optional display name, bio, links, and avatar. You add these, and you can edit or remove them whenever you like.
- Basic usage data. Standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, used to keep the service running and to fix problems.
What we don't collect
- No private keys, seed phrases, or custody of your funds. The marketplace is non-custodial from end to end.
- No selling or renting of your data to anyone, for any reason.
- No third-party advertising and no cross-site tracking networks.
- No unnecessary personal data. We don’t ask for your legal name, home address, or a payment card.
On-chain data is public
Anything you mint, list, buy, sell, or swap is recorded on public blockchains. That record is permanent by design and sits outside our control. We can hide an item from this interface, but we cannot remove it from the chain. Treat every on-chain action as public and lasting before you sign it.
Cookies and local storage
We use minimal browser storage to keep your wallet session active and to remember interface preferences. We don’t set advertising cookies, and we don’t build a profile of you across other sites.
Blockchains are public
Perpetual operates on public networks (Ethereum and Base, plus their test networks). Everything you write on-chain: mints, trades, artwork bytes, provenance, and wallet activity, is permanently public by design and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else. Do not put anything on-chain that you need kept private.
